Should you not be totally satisfied with your purchase of one of our products for whatever reason then please contact us to advise us of your purchase.
Provide details of the date of the transaction, the product purchased and the reference / order number and we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss a resolution.

contact us to advise us, giving the same information as required above.

Conditions:
The warranty is valid on all purchases within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To apply the warranty you must contact us ensuring you include all the relevant details required. Should all required information not be provided the warranty shall not become active.
All replies and subsequent replacement products shall only be sent to the recipient
email specified in the original order.
As all of our products are downloaded and available for copying and editing, under no circumstances will any monetary refund be made.
